Awards

In 2021 I was co-recipient (with Tracey Olivieri) of the prestigious John Oxley Library Award for our work together in Brisbane cemeteries. We also received a Griffith Australia Day Award for that work during the same year.

The book In Heavenly Garb: The headstones of Ipswich General Cemetery (which I edited and co-authored) was the winner of the 2012 ‘Viva Cribb Bursary Award’). My work was also acknowledged in the Boy Swallows Universe novel by Tim Dalton.
